Right of Withdrawal

Important for digital products Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, it expires early if the customer explicitly consents before the download and confirms they understand this means losing their right of withdrawal. This consent must be actively obtained at checkout — check whether your payment provider does this.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For a contract involving the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and you have confirmed your awareness that this agreement means you lose your right of withdrawal.
