These terms apply to the purchase of digital products through this website. Processing is handled by an external payment provider; its terms apply in addition.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject matter is digital content in the form of PDF files. There is no entitlement to delivery in other file formats.

3. Delivery

Delivery takes place immediately after payment is received, as a download. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Usage Rights

With your purchase, you acquire a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for private and professional purposes. Sharing, reselling, or making the files publicly available is not permitted.

5. Prices

All prices are final prices. VAT treatment is based on the buyer's location and is handled by the payment provider.

6. Liability for Content

The guides contain general information and templates. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice and do not replace individual professional consultation. No liability is assumed for financial outcomes that result, or fail to result, from applying them.

7. Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal applies.
